When will I see my credit appear in my account?
After receiving your returned product(s) and/or your completed letter of destruction (ELOD or LOD), your refund will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

Please be aware that if you purchased using a method other than credit card, you may be prompted to provide bank details so we may credit your account.

How can I cancel my order?

Log into Quick order look up on Main Help Page

  • Select Process Cancellation
  • Follow instructions
  • No option to Process Cancellation
    • Do not accept the package delivery
    • If already delivered initiate a return by contacting customer support

How do I return my device?

You can return your device during the remorse period that is 30 days from delivery date across Europe.

  • Option 1: You can refuse the package upon delivery
  • Option 2: if the package has already been delivered, please contact our customer support team
