Is your complete product line available on the Store?
No. Although we carry the majority of the Autodesk product line, there are some products and services we are not selling online at this time.

In addition, some upgrade paths or services are not available from the Autodesk Store. Those include:

  • Migrations or Crossgrades from one product line to another
  • Network licenses or bumps
  • Consulting
  • Buzzsaw
  • Streamline

Do you offer volume discounts or special pricing?
We do not offer volume discounts at this time. The pricing you see on the store is the sale price. Any specials or promotions will be noted on the product pages and will show up in your shopping cart.

Can I purchase a subscription for my product?
Yes! We are now offering 1-year Autodesk Subscriptions on the Store when you purchase your software. The Autodesk Online Store does not yet sell subscription contracts by themselves for the Autodesk products you may already own, nor renewals of your current subscriptions. If the Subscription Program is available for your product, and you chose not to buy a subscription from the Store at that time, you can still 'attach' a subscription within 30 days of purchasing from the Store by contacting your local Autodesk Authorized Reseller. The Autodesk Authorized Reseller can also provide information about available training services. Your confirmation email is your proof of purchase.
